I'm back....

So, it has been a really long time since I did
anything with the site. I am so busy that I just
don't have the time. I'm currently finishing up
my next to last class for my Master's in
Education. I start my last one on Tuesday. I'm
also student teaching and both kids are in
baseball. I just got back from the European
Bowling Championships and my team placed 4th and
the doubles team I was on placed 2nd. Not bad
for someone who doesn't take bowling very
seriously.
We leave for Normandy on Thursday night with the
Boy Scouts and then the following weekend we head
to Garmish. For those of you that don't know
Michael will be deploying to Romania for 6
months.
Well it is really late and I have to get going.
Please respond so I know the 4 hours I spent on
this is worth it.
Hope all is well with everyone. I will try and
respond to e-mails better.
Hugs to everyone!!!

Hello!

Hello All!
It has been some time since I updated the
website. So much going on and life happening so
fast. Well we got the van in September and have
been enjoying it very much as far as vans go. Of
course we are now a two van family as Michael's
BMW died and went to BMW heaven.
We also had a great time in Italy at the castle
and got to see some very beautiful sights. We
really enjoy Italy and can't wait to get back.
Halloween was unusually warm for us as it has
been the weather for the fall. I keep expecting
it to start to dump snow any moment.
I also put up the pictures from Thanksgiving. We
went to Austria and had a blast. It was also the
first time that we got to ski as a family and got
off the bunny hill. It is amazing how quickly
the kids can pick things up.
Well I need to run and hope this finds everyone
well and happy!
Don't forget to leave a note so I know that
people are actually reading this thing!
Enjoy and hugs to everyone!

Wow!

Hello Everyone!
Thank you for visiting my site. I didn't realize
it had been so long since I last updated my
site. Life sure moves fast. The kids started
school today. It rained ALL day. Zachary has
the same teacher. He looped with the kids. That
means he moved up with them and is now their 3rd
grade teacher. From the research I have done at
school it is a great program and more teachers
should loop with their students. Less time
getting to know you and they can start right
away. Michaela got the teacher I requested.
Like the school had a choice. LOL I have started
another class and this one is killer. It is
research methods. Lots of Math, yuck. But as
the saying goes I will Survive.
So, when are people going to visit? My friend
Melissa has already purchased plane tickets and
will be here the first week of November. We are
excited to have her visit.
Not only do I have school but I am the soccer
coach for both Zachary and Michaela. Of course
no one would step up so I took them both.
Hopefully we can practice tomorrow as it is still
raining.
Michael is doing well. He will go to Russia for
a training exercise.
I hope you enjoy the pictures. They took forever
to down load!! Write when you can and try and
visit. We are only suppose to be here 2 more
years!!
Hugs to everyone!

Busy Busy

I know we are all busy. I have started school
again. Z man had his boat race for Boy Scouts
on Wed. He had a blast. They made their boats
at meetings and he came in 2nd. He was very
proud.
We had German American Fest this week. The kids
got to be in the parade. You only see the
beginning because I had to march with Michaela
and Michael was gone.
He did get to come home this weekend to take his
hunting test. He has been attending classes
since October. It is a big deal in Germany.
They had a group of German men who played horns.
Then this other guy knighted them with a sword.
If you looked at the pictures you'd also see that
they all had to wear hunting green.
Well, not much else going on.
Hope this finds everyone well.
Hugs to all.
Thanks for posting!!! :)

Spain

Hello All!!!
Well, I just managed to down load our Spain
trip. We had a great time. Although we felt
more like we were in England. There were a lot
of British in Costa del Sol.
I also screwed up on where we flew in. We ended
up flying in about 1/2 hour north of Barcelona
and had to drive 8 hours south to Fuengirola, our
village. Not to mention that Spanish roads
aren't well marked and we got lost a few times.
And then we learned that AP-7 means a toll road
and A-7 means non toll. Very interesting.
Our hotel was OK. It was really cheap. We paid
$439 for 6 nights half board. The kids loved
it. Zachary was in heaven as he put it with the
food. They had 4 kinds of fish ever night and an
ice cream bar. Kayla loved it because she could
have as much as she wanted.
We spent one day in Gibraltar. We did well
there. It was beautiful and we could see Africa
which the kids thought was great. They also
loved the monkey's. It was a great day trip.
We also spent a day in Ronda. It is known as a
white town. The buildings are white. And it has
the oldest bull ring in Spain. Apparently it is
also were bull fighting first started.
The other days we spent at the beach. We went on
a boat trip looking for dolphins. No such luck
but the kids had fun.
Today it is cold and raining in Germany. I wish
I was back at the beach. It was nice to have
warm sun for a few days.
Hope everyone had a great Easter!!!!
Chat with you soon!
Hugs to all!!

What's up?

Hello!!!
I can't even remember when the last time I
updated the site. Can you remember the last time
you visited?
I updated the photos. I hope you enjoyed them.
The kids are doing well.
Michaela is still in Daisy's and loving it very
much. Zachary is also in scouts and recently
started piano. He has had 2 lessons and thinks
his ready for a concert. Both kids are signed up
for baseball. This should be interesting.

I recently went back to school. I am working on
a Master's In Education in Secondary Education.
Michael thinks I'm crazy. I finished my first on
line class with a 99.9% an A!!! I was very
excited. It has been awhile since I was in
school. I also won a scholarship from the
spouse's club. It will pay for a few classes.
Not bad. The in August I applied for a financial
counselor program through the Military Spouses
Fellowship Program. 2,800 people applied and
they picked 200. I was one. Michael is rolling
his eyes. When will I have time? But I'll find
it. Besides they pay for everything, so why not.
We are headed to Spain tomorrow and I can't
wait. I have been subbing a lot and teaching
Kindermusik and volunteering at the school. I'm
ready for the break and the warm weather.

Michael had been busy too. He will be In and out
of the field in the next could of months. He is
lucky enough to go to Russia dn to Ft Carson. At
least he will get his USA fix and I can stay and
travel in Europe!!

Well, if you are reading this just leave me a
message so I know that you have visited. This is
a lot of work and it is nice to see that people
are actually visiting!

I hope everyone has a wonderful Easter!!!
Love and hugs to you all!!

Its been awhile!!!!

Hello!! Is anyone out there? Lots has
happened. Of course we all had Christmas. Ours
was nice and quite with friends who came to
celebrate. They live in Wurzburg and it was nice.
We went skiing at my brother John's in a place
called Lenk, Switzerland. Very nice!!!
In January our friends from Texas came for a
visit. OUR FIRST AMERICAN VISTORS!!! We went
skiing in a place called Stubai, Austria. That
was wonderful as well. The kids also enjoyed
themselves. Craig and Nancy had a good time and
I think we showed them a good time! :) Of course
there was LOTS of shopping! :)
We have been getting snowed on since Monday. So,
its not as cold as it has been. We had been
having freezing rain and that's not fun.
Michaela is home sick today. I was suppose to sub
today and she throw up in the inside of the car.
Yea, I was really happy, NOT! I also had some
dental work done on my mouth. Michael thinks I'm
crazy. They cut my gums to even them out and
will redo my front teeth and bleach them as
well. Today I'm suppose to go in and have my
stitches out. Not sure how that is going to
happen since Michaela is sick and Michael is in
the field now till mid March. Life as a military
wife. Always fun!!!LOL
I have also been looking at Spring Break trips.
Croatia and Spain are in the running. Michael
isn't to big on Croatia. But its cheap and
something different!! Anyone have any ideas???
Well, I need to run and figure out how I'm going
to get things done today.
Hope you enjoyed the pictures!
Please remember to respond to this. Otherwise I
don't think anyone is reading this. OK well my
mom and Michael's sisters and of course my sis
Melanie!
And when are people coming for a visit?
Enjoy your day!!
Love to all!!!

COLD!!!!

Hello All!!! It is interesting to see who still
is visiting the site.
I'm still having computer issues. They are
refusing to send my disks to me through the APO.
They sent through my mother-in-law but they
screwed up. Now I'm so angry it is principal. I
should have everyone send hate mail to the lady
that is helping me. Oh, only after I filed a
complaint with Better Business Bureau.
It is really getting cold here. They are saying
we may see snow starting Thursday. The kids are
excited.
We went to Garmisch for the long weekend. Had a
blast. I'll write more when I get those pictures
up.
Hope this fins everyone well.
Hugs to all!!

Its Thursday, Thank Gosh!!!

First I need to tell everyone that I have been
having problems with my computer. Apparently
Windows XP has been saved twice to my computer.
Therefore it has been eating up all my memory. I
spent yesterday, all day, with the HP people.
they are sending recovery disks. So, If I don't
get any more pictures up for a while you'll have
to be patient and just keep checking back.

Yesterday morning I was also asked to take over
membership for the Hohenfels spouses club. They
have an all ranks club here.

Then Kayla went to Daisy Scouts and there was no
leader. So, now I'm a co leader with 3 other
moms.
Zack attack started cub scouts tonight. And we
still had soccer. And Z mans coach is deploying
to Iraq so, I will be taking over as coach. The
game was cancelled due to weather. And he has a
pack leader!! YEA
Can you say BUSY. Oh well at least most the
boxes are gone.

Oh and I'm also the treasury for the coffee
group. Did I also mention 2 Bunco groups and a
book club. Oh boy! I really will need the trip
to Italy!!!

Well, I hope this finds you all well. Remember
to get a web cam and to post a message.
Thanks!!
TSCHUSS,
